Dr. Minda will be accepting applications for new graduate students in Cognitive Psychology or Neuroscience for the 2027–2028 academic year. Dr. Minda is especially interested in recruiting students with interests that align with the lab’s current research priorities:

1. The cognitive and neurobiological mechanisms of category learning, integrating behavioural experiments, computational modeling, and optical neuroimaging (fNIRS).
2. How individuals mentally represent the cities and towns they inhabit.

Please feel free to contact Dr. Minda if you would like to discuss your research interests and potential fit with the lab’s current priorities.

Potential undergraduate positions include students currently enrolled in the Western University work-study program, students enrolled in fourth-year honours Psychology or a similar program, and students looking to volunteer a few hours a week.
